Allow quick generation of long-lived API keys from an API OAuth application. Based on the account settings screen showing Sessions, Connected AI agents (Claude, Claude Code) and API keys, where keys are server-to-server credentials tied to the account and can't be deleted or have ownership transferred. Wants the ability to mint long-lived keys straight out of an OAuth app rather than by hand.
